Trauma Focused Therapy:

Trauma-Focused Therapy is a specific approach to therapy that recognizes and emphasizes understanding how  traumatic experience impacts an individual’s behavior, mental health and wellbeing as well as their ability to cope. Awareness of trauma is integrated into every aspect of treatment including steps to ensuring safety for the clients.
